Occupational Safety and Health Act

Malaysia Current 1994

The act sets provisions for securing the safety and health of persons at work and for others against risks to safety or health in connection with the activities of persons at work. It also requires the employer to formulate a workplace safety and health policy and regularly revise such policy to align it with changes and best practices.
