Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules

Pakistan Current 2013

It specifies that in annual reports the Director’s Report to shareholders should contain information on whether the board has complied with the relevant principles of corporate governance. It states the Boards' responsibility to include reporting on governance, risk and corporate social responsibility (CSR) (section 7).
