The Corporate governance Code for SME's

The Pillars of this Code are based on international best practices, which are adapted to the Dubai market. It provides basic guidance for SMEs to achieve structures which will facilitate/enhance growth/ profitability/sustainability. It serves as a benchmark against which companies can self-assess their current practices.
