Draft legislation has been made public by BMJV in September 2016, it was planned to be presented to parliament before the end of 2017 but formally passing it has been put on hold due to dispute between Union and the SPD on the Insolvency Reform . Global Compact DE posted on January 23rd that the draft was still not transposed. Will be presented for 3rd reading on 09/03/2017 Updated 2/27/2017
