Non-compliance article 8: "The institution's administrators of public interest, obliged to under this Decree, who fail to file, in time limit, at the registry of the declaration individual or consolidated non-financial, applies a fine of between € 20,000 to €100,000." and if statement/ report "contains facts relevant materials untrue or omits material facts the where information and 'planned under Articles 3 and 4 of this decree, to directors and members of management control of the institution of public interest applies a sanction administrative fine of EUR 50,000 to EUR 150,000." In point 6 of this article, further detail is provided about the procedures that will incur with noncompliance (court, payments, etc.)
