Split up over 5 different laws, the French government has fully transposed the NFR Directive. With the exception of including Sociétés anonymes in their scope, it has not expanded significantly. It follows the NFR directive nearly exactly.

Mandatory verification not only applies to companies with a 100MEUR turnover and FTP over 500. Penalties are weak: only if an interested party requests the disclosure of a company, and they don't have one can a judge impose fines.
