Summary
The Registry of Emissions and Transfer of Pollutants RETC Peru, is constituted in an environmental management mechanism that facilitates access to information on releases to the environment of potentially dangerous substances and materials to the citizen; also serving as an input to support policy decisions regarding the management of chemicals as well as their associated risks. This publication details the central elements that should guide the implementation process of the Registry in the country.
