Summary

This regulation requires that financial institutions with less than one billion dollars in equity, other than foreign institutions doing business exclusively outside of Canada, are affiliates of a declarant required to publish a public accountability statement. A list of the declarant's affiliates must be included in the public accountability statement. It must also include information about their philanthropic activities other than charitable donations during the time period.
