Summary

This Decree approves the Regulation for the quality of drinking water, which aims to establish the maximum permissible limits of physical, chemical and microbiological parameters for drinking water, in order to guarantee its safety and the health of the population. Any operator, public or private, of a drinking water supply system is subject to these regulations. The quality of water for human consumption to be used in all companies in which production processes are developed, including food, crenotherapy, recreational and agricultural activities, must comply with the maximum permissible limits established in this Regulation for physical, chemical and biological parameters. microbiological.
