Summary
The Law on Supporting the Use of Renewable Energy Sources provides the objectives, forms and directions of support for the promotion of renewable energy sources in Kazakhstan. The Law requires that the State creates favorable conditions for the uptake of renewable energy production and transmission. As such, Article 7-1 requires those companies that produce of renewable energy and the transmission companies that connect to renewable sources to submit monthly and annual reports on actual and expected output for the previous and future period to the Settlement and Financial Center. The Law specifies the dates and timings of said submissions.
